It's a good question, and I'm so glad you asked.
I (Jasmin) am a Registered Nurse of 18 years + Registered Holistic Nutritionist and I help women like you optimize their hormones so they can solve weight loss resistance and feel their most FABULOUS selves every day as they navigate perimenopause.
In a past life before opening my own holistic health practice, I spent years as a Registered Nurse constantly seeing women's symptoms being brushed aside. Being told that 'bloodwork looks good' and that 'this is just part of aging - get used to your new normal'.
I was no longer okay with that, and you shouldn't be either 💜!
I know the frustrations first hand - I spent years battling symptoms of hormone imbalances, where my life consisted of constantly thinking about food, what to eat, what not to eat, the next diet, restricting calories and exercise...it was exhausting.
I hated how my body looked and how I felt - 25 pounds heavier than I am today, low energy, painful periods, brain fog and imbalanced swings.
My metabolism felt completely broken!
And I am sharing this with you today, because I know how frustrating it is when all you want is to feel alive and confident in your body but nothing is working.
It wasn't until I realized the power of food and optimizing hormones. Only then, was I able to being able to turn thing around and lose 25 pounds, be filled with energy and feel my most fabulous self!
